What we collect

When you place an order: your name, email, shipping address and what you bought. Your card details go directly to our payment processor — they never reach our servers and we cannot see them.

When you email us or use the contact form: your name, email and whatever you write to us.

When you join the email list: your email address.

Who else touches it

Stripe processes payments and stores the card details. Resend delivers our email. Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard server logs. Each of these sees only what it needs to do its job.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.

Tracking

There is no analytics package, advertising pixel or tracking cookie on this site. The only browser storage we use keeps your cart between visits, and it never leaves your device.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Email list subscriptions last until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept while the matter is open and for a reasonable period afterwards.

Your choices

Email hello@secondassignment.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Deletion requests are honoured except where we are legally required to keep an order record.

Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
