Processing time

Orders are made up and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. An order placed Friday evening starts its clock Monday morning.

You'll get a confirmation when the order is placed. Once it ships, tracking follows.

Cost

Shipping is free on orders of $75 or more within the United States. Below that, the rate is calculated at checkout before you pay — you'll see the exact amount before confirming.

Delivery

Orders ship from Northeast Ohio. Transit time depends on the carrier and how far the parcel travels, and it is separate from the 3 to 5 business day processing window above.

We can tell you when a parcel left us and give you the tracking. We can't make a carrier move faster, and we won't pretend otherwise.

Where we ship

Within the United States. International shipping is not open yet — if you're outside the US and want something, email us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can do it.

Lost, late or damaged

If tracking has stalled or the parcel arrives damaged, email hello@secondassignment.com with your order number and a photo where relevant. We'll chase the carrier or replace the order.

If an address was entered incorrectly at checkout, contact us as fast as you can. Before a parcel ships we can usually fix it. After that, it depends on the carrier.
