Trade scholarship
Tools, tuition and the first set of boots.
The Second Assignment Trade Scholarship is how the apparel side pays for the part we actually care about. Everything below describes intent — the final structure has not been confirmed.
How it is meant to work
01
You buy something
A defined share of proceeds is set aside for the scholarship fund. The share is being finalised and will be stated here in plain language.
02
Applications open
Windows, eligibility criteria and required documentation are being drafted with the training partners we work with.
03
Awards go to programs
The intent is to pay training providers directly for tuition, tools and certification fees rather than issuing cash awards.
04
We publish what happened
Reporting cadence and the level of detail are still being decided. Whatever we commit to here, we'll publish.
