How it works

You buy something
A defined contribution from every order is set aside for the scholarship fund.

Applications open
Application windows open on a schedule set with the training partners we work with.

Awards go to programs
Awards are paid to training providers directly for tuition, tools and certification fees rather than issued as cash.

We publish what happened
Where the money went is reported publicly. Whatever we commit to here, we publish.
Applying
Applications are not open yet. When a window is scheduled it is announced through the email list and posted here with the full eligibility criteria. If you run a training program or apprenticeship and want to talk about partnering, get in touch.
